Additional benefits and access to premium experiences at Quantum Space Resorts properties are available through separate booking and subject to availability.

3. Community Guidelines

• Refrain from posting harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Respect intellectual property rights of others

4. User Content

Regarding content you post or share:

• You retain ownership of your original content
• You grant Quantum Space Club a license to use, display, and distribute your content within the community
• Astrophotography and observation data may be featured in community highlights with attribution
• You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to content you share
• We reserve the right to remove content that violates our guidelines

5. Citizen Science Participation

By participating in our citizen science programs, you agree that:

• Your observation data may be shared with research partners in anonymized form
• Data contributed may be used in published research
• You will follow data collection protocols provided
• You will report data accurately and honestly
• Recognition for contributions will be provided according to program guidelines

6. Events and Programs

For community events:

• Event registration is subject to availability
• Some events may have capacity limits or eligibility requirements
• Paid premium experiences are subject to separate terms and cancellation policies
• Weather conditions may affect outdoor events; alternative arrangements will be communicated
• Photography and video may be captured at events for promotional purposes

7. Star Ambassador Program

Participation in the Star Ambassador program is by invitation or application. Ambassador responsibilities and benefits are outlined in separate program guidelines. The company reserves the right to modify or terminate ambassador status at any time.

8. Equipment Library

Use of the equipment library at Quantum Space Resorts properties is subject to equipment availability, proper training, and signing of equipment loan agreements. Members are responsible for reasonable care of borrowed equipment.

9. Limitation of Liability

Quantum Space Club is not responsible for:

• Weather conditions affecting stargazing events or visibility
• Content posted by community members
• Third-party websites or services linked from our platform
• Technical interruptions or service outages
• Decisions made based on community discussions or content

10. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which informs users of our data collection practices.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Quantum Space Club and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The Quantum Space Club name and logo are trademarks of the company.
